The Word of God being taught is a crucial element to the development and maturity of God’s people, for it is the word of God by which we should live by. In June 2021, CPM will launch its course catalog for virtual biblical teachings. These classes will train and equip each student to understand the word of the Lord and how to go deeper in their personal study time.

Synergy Network of Innovative Leaders (SNIL) is a leadership alliance that assists, promotes, trains, and inspires leaders in ministry and business. We support progressive discernment which breeds innovation and creativity; critical drivers that encourage leaders to embrace and enhance their commitment to conducting ministry and business with integrity and excellence. SNIL, in all its uniqueness, gives guidance and leadership to our members and the vision for their organizations, both for-profit and non-profit. The network will be a filling station for those leaders who constantly give out but need someone to pour the oil back in for their ministry or entrepreneurial assignment. Finally, the network will be a place for healing and growth for leaders as well as a place of spiritual accountability for every member.

The organization offers mentoring, workshops, and an annual conference to allow existing and potential members to take their God-ordained endeavors to the next level.

The organization’s goals and objectives for executing the network are as follows:

• Political advocacy and social responsibility in participation and leverage to speak towards causes impacting Kingdom-owned organizations
• Exposure and visibility to build and maintain a healthy organization
